Who do we help?

The Chiltington Area Response Team was originally set up to provide First Responder  "cover" for the South East Coast Ambulance Service, within the area of the West Chiltington Parish Council but including the village of Nutbourne and the hamlets of North Heath and Mare Hill, which are within the area administered by the Pulborough Parish Council and up to the boundary with Storrington, to the south.

Following the launch of the scheme, the Ambulance Service has on a number of occasions asked CHART to attend emergency response calls that have arisen in a wider area, which CHART First Responders have done.
